About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual from within our organization to join our team as a Feed Sales Consultant. This role combines relationship-building, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to support customers with their livestock operations. You will play a key role in delivering value to clients, solving on-farm challenges, and driving business growth in collaboration with the Regional Business Manager.

Requirements

Proven success in agricultural sales, ideally within livestock feed or a related field.
Strong understanding of livestock nutrition, farm operations, and feed solutions.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Willing and able to travel frequently within the territory.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Regularly travel within the assigned territory to understand customers’ livestock feed needs and operational challenges.
Build strong, trust-based relationships that position you as a valued partner.
Provide expert advice and practical solutions related to livestock nutrition, feed programs, and barn management.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Partner with the Regional Business Manager to develop and execute effective sales plans.
Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence within your territory.
Strategically manage marketing resources to maximize return on investment.
Track, evaluate, and report on marketing activities and outcomes.
Identify and help resolve issues related to barn environments, including ventilation, feeding systems, and overall efficiency.
Deliver practical, results-driven solutions for customers.
Assess the unique nutritional needs of various livestock and recommend tailored feed programs to optimize animal health, performance, and productivity.
