About The Position

Findlay Toyota Flagstaff is seeking two additional sales professionals to join their team. This is presented as a career opportunity with a different approach to automotive sales, emphasizing a customer-friendly, transparent, and efficient sales process. Sales associates are not on commission but receive a base salary plus a production-based bonus, with top producers earning over $120,000 annually. The dealership represents Toyota, the best-selling vehicle in northern Arizona, and is part of the Findlay Automotive Group, a large and growing dealership group with opportunities for career advancement. Requirements

Positive, proactive work ethic and a strong desire for success
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to organize your time for success
Ability to maintain a cool head in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work an assigned five day a week shift (we’re open Monday through Saturday, 8am until 7pm)

Responsibilities

Be an advocate guide to our Customers in their purchase journey
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Toyota products
Utilize company-provided iPad based technology to manage Customer leads and communication
Provide professional proposals that address the Customer’s specific wants & needs
Build your own “business within our business”. Our most successful associates are focused on earning repeat and referral business.
