At The Good Feet Store, we help people walk without pain. This is consultative, patient-focused work—not transactional retail. You will welcome customers and create a calm, professional experience, listen carefully and guide them through a thoughtful, proven process, and help people feel understood, supported, and confident in their decisions. We take our time, do it right, and let the results speak for themselves.

Requirements

• Professional, polished, and composed
• Naturally empathetic—you care about people and it shows
• Detail-oriented and patient
• Reliable, accountable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
• Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time
• Frequently kneel, squat, bend, and navigate low seating areas while assisting customers
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• Not a fit if you prefer fast, transactional environments or cutting corners to get through the day.
