About The Position

Audi San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired. They will explain features/benefits and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on the road, and research availability of models using a computer database. The Sales Consultant will work with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. They will also walk the lot and visually inspect inventory, deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle, and assist Sales Managers with customer problems. The role requires the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Requirements

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
