About The Position

Audi San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family! This role oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. The Sales Consultant will greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired. They will explain features/benefits and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on the road. This role involves researching vehicle availability using a computer database, working with Sales Managers and F&I to negotiate sales price and lease payments (including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discounts/rebates), and visually inspecting inventory by walking the lot. The Sales Consultant will deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle, assist Sales Managers with customer problems, and possess the ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Requirements

Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Clean driving record or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
