About The Position

McDonald Volkswagen is hiring a Sales Consultant in Littleton, Colorado. This commission-based role focuses on helping customers through the vehicle sales process while delivering service aligned with the company’s values. The consultant manages leads, builds customer relationships, learns Volkswagen vehicles and products through manufacturer training, and supports customers during and after the sale. The role also includes following up with vehicle owners to encourage repeat and referral business and introduce customers to the service department. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous sales experience; automotive experience is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Manage leads from initial contact through follow-up, using professional phone and email skills.
Work directly with customers to build relationships and enhance the sales process in alignment with company values.
Become knowledgeable about vehicles through manufacturer training and programs.
Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly, during and after the sale, involving the Sales Manager.
Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business, including introducing customers to the service department.
Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
