About The Position

Tom Wood Honda is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their high-performing sales team. This role offers the opportunity to grow with the company, especially with the upcoming transition to a new dealership facility in Whitestown, Indiana, expected to open in early 2027. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, a hunger to succeed, and a desire to take their sales career to the next level in a fast-paced environment where success has no ceiling.

Requirements

Comfortable using CRM tools.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check, motor vehicle record review, social security verification, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the vehicle buying journey.
Explain vehicle features, offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit.
Present financing options, trade-in values, and close deals professionally.
Stay informed about vehicle models, trims, and features through ongoing training.
Handle paperwork accurately and ensure deals are compliant and customer-approved.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Collaborate with finance, service, and fellow sales team members for a seamless customer experience.
Achieve and exceed sales goals with support and mentorship.
