About The Position

Nucar Mazda is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant / Auto Sales Representative to our Nucar Mazda Team. This position involves selling and leasing new and used vehicles, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and assisting customers with financing and leasing alternatives. The ideal candidate is ethical, honest, professional, and customer-focused, with strong listening and problem-solving skills. This role requires meeting and exceeding sales targets for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Acceptable driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to quickly learn and remember federal, state, and local laws governing retail auto sales
• Ability to understand equity and values, as well as explain depreciation to customers
• 1-2 years sales experience required
• Customer-oriented
• Professional in appearance and demeanor
• Goal-oriented team player
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years sales experience preferred
• Any sales experience would be helpful
• Higher-volume dealerships may require more experience

Responsibilities
