Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist customers visiting the dealership and guide them through the vehicle buying process
- Help customers select vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and available options
- Offer and conduct test drives following dealership procedures
- Meet monthly sales goals set by the sales manager
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Ford vehicles and features
