Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Property & Casualty license (active or expired)
- 1+ years of experience in P&C Insurance sales or service
- Bilingual - Fluency in Spanish is required
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Precise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Build a book of business by quoting and binding policies
- Close new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Cross-sell policies
- Generate customer referrals
- Follow through on other warm lead sources
- Sell new business by building relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs
- Offer a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers
- Deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
