About The Position

Stuteville Ford of Atoka is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our sales team as Automotive Sales Consultants. Whether you have previous sales experience or come from a customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or other people-focused background, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of the most important purchasing decisions they make. Your job is to build relationships, understand customer needs, and help them find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
