About The Position

Independence Mazda is seeking high-energy, ambitious Automotive / Internet Sales Consultants to join their high-volume showroom. They are transforming their dealership culture and are willing to train candidates with no prior automotive experience, provided they are tech-savvy, relationship-driven, and ready to treat every customer as a unique, one-of-one relationship. The dealership offers tools and traffic to build a successful career.

Requirements

  • Zero Experience Required: We are fully willing to train the right candidate.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, wireless retail, or customer service is a huge plus!
  • Highly proficient with smartphone video tools, text communication, and modern software platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle digital leads professionally.
  • A strong desire to learn, grow, and execute under a world-class management team.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a clean driving record and pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage VinSolutions to manage inbound internet, phone, and chat leads, responding with elite speed and high-quality communication.
  • Anticipate guest needs, provide a premium experience, and treat every single customer as a 1-of-1 relationship.
  • Use modern CRM tools to meticulously track customer interactions and build a robust long-term referral business.
  • Become a certified Mazda product specialist, highlighting advanced technology and driving dynamics.
  • Guide buyers seamlessly through the modern road-to-the-sale, from initial digital contact to the final delivery bay.
