About The Position

Johnson Brothers, a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer, is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant In Training to support, service, and maintain retail accounts. This role involves stocking shelves, coolers, and building displays. The position is responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. Merchandising activities include shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories. Flexibility is key for success in this role.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Goals and results driven

Nice To Haves

• 4 year BA/BS college degree or related industry experience
• Prior sales experience
• Local candidates preferred
