The role includes administrative tasks, customer follow-up, vehicle preparation, and support for day-to-day dealership operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
- Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
- Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
- Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
