The role supports Sales Consultants and helps keep the sales process running smoothly through administrative tasks, customer follow-up, vehicle preparation, and day-to-day dealership operations. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
• Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
• Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
• Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
