About The Position
Long Lewis of Muscle Shoals is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized individual to support Sales Consultants and help keep the sales process running smoothly. The role involves administrative tasks, customer follow-up, vehicle preparation, and day-to-day dealership operations. Candidates from a variety of backgrounds are welcome; previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required. Success requires organization, dependability, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales Consultants throughout the sales process.
- Assist with customer follow-up, appointment confirmations, and general communication.
- Prepare and organize sales paperwork and customer documentation.
- Help coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry as needed.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Detail Departments to support a seamless customer experience.
- Assist with merchandising vehicles and maintaining the appearance of the showroom and lot.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
