About The Position

KONE is seeking a Sales Consultant – Account Manager for the Chicago/Lombard area. This role involves managing a local portfolio, building and developing professional customer relations through excellent customer service, and learning/selling innovative technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, eager to learn, utilize technological tools like CRM, and potentially be familiar with solution selling methodologies such as Sandler. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is also a key aspect of this position. As a Sales Consultant, you will proactively build and maintain customer relationships, identify complex technology solutions with industry-leading support, and ensure sustainable growth for customers. This role requires 2+ years of relevant sales expertise and a willingness to learn a new field.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to build and develop professional customer relations through excellent customer service.
  • Ambition to continuously learn and use technological tools such as CRM.
  • Spirit to collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.
