Requirements

Proven track record in sales and meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

Drive Membership: Confidently meet daily and weekly sales goals.
Concierge Hospitality: Provide one-on-one, undivided attention to every guest. Actively engage with guests, not just sit behind a desk.
Expert Consulting: Learn the science behind Dermalogica and Image Skincare lines to effectively recommend home care and upgrades.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a pristine facility and handle high-volume scheduling with precision.
