The Sales Compensation & Incentives Lead owns the execution of sales compensation plans across IB Legal, ensuring incentives are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. This role is responsible for administering compensation and continuously improving how plans are structured, calculated, and delivered. As IB Legal evolves its Go-To-Market (GTM) model across multiple legacy businesses, this role will be crucial in ensuring incentives and payouts remain aligned during this convergence.
