About The Position

IDEXX is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Incentive Compensation and Territory Planning team. This is a collaborative and highly visible role within a growing sales organization, working directly with sales professionals. The role involves driving efficiency and effectiveness of direct and indirect sales teams by implementing and modifying compensation plans within a leading incentive compensation system. The analyst will also perform ad-hoc compensation analysis, create model scenarios, and assist with research and problem-solving of sales and billing discrepancies.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Alteryx highly preferred
  • Use of Anaplan or another Incentive Compensation Management system would be ideal
  • Experience with data transformation tools such as Alteryx or knowledge of languages such as SQL would be preferred

Responsibilities

  • Implement new compensation plans and make modifications to existing ones.
  • Perform ad-hoc compensation analysis on developing trends within sales performance.
  • Create model scenarios to set up for future success.
  • Assist with the research and problem solving of sales and billing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders from across the business.
