IDEXX is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Incentive Compensation and Territory Planning team. This is a collaborative and highly visible role within a growing sales organization, working directly with sales professionals. The role involves driving efficiency and effectiveness of direct and indirect sales teams by implementing and modifying compensation plans within a leading incentive compensation system. The analyst will also perform ad-hoc compensation analysis, create model scenarios, and assist with research and problem-solving of sales and billing discrepancies.
