This role anchors that effort in New York City - our cultural hub - while managing a broader East Coast sales territory. You’ll grow brand‑aligned wholesale partnerships, turn our NYC store into a living community space, and build meaningful activations with partners who care about movement, wellbeing and the outdoors. WHERE YOU’LL PLAY Commercial (Wholesale & Growth) You’ll own and grow Vivobarefoot’s East Coast wholesale business, leading the territory plan and targets from NYC to Miami (including Boston, DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta and the Carolinas). You’ll manage and grow Lighthouse and Core+/national partners aligned with our values, lead seasonal sell‑ins with clear franchise‑led storytelling, and support sell‑through with practical, useful tools. You’ll build a high‑quality pipeline (including shop‑in‑shop where right), track trading and margin, and work closely with central sales operations and selected external reps. Community (Retail & Activation) You’ll be the hands‑on owner of community and local marketing linked to our NYC store, turning it into a true hub for movement and connection. You’ll create a simple, repeatable activation calendar; runs, workshops, movement sessions and talks that drives footfall and real engagement. You’ll localise national campaigns for NYC, share frontline insight with Brand, Retail and Performance Marketing teams, and help make wholesale, retail and community work as one connected ecosystem ALL ABOUT YOU 5+ years in wholesale/account management and/or community/activation marketing ideally in wellness, performance, outdoor, run or lifestyle. Proven track record with premium or values‑led brands and national retailers. Comfortable owning a territory plan, negotiating terms, and building partnerships that last. Contacts and/or experience working with WHS accounts on the east coast. Experience delivering events, workshops and activations Commercially sharp with clean forecasting and pipeline discipline. Experience using sales and marketing reporting platforms. Relationship‑builder who can connect dots across retail, wholesale, partners and creators. Strong operator: organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Valid drivers license and the ability to drive or fly for 10 - 40% travel
