Responsibilities

  • Onboard and Train Sales Agents in their first 90 Days: Build strong relationships with new team members and guide them in their first 90 days of training on the team.
  • Develop and Deliver Tailored Training Programs: Create customized training materials and workshops focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship strategies. Collaborate with leadership to define training goals and new agent benchmarks.
  • Mentor and Coach Sales Agents: Provide one-on-one coaching, ongoing feedback, and personalized guidance to help agents overcome challenges and achieve their sales targets.
  • Track Sales Performance and Analyze Sales Metrics: Regularly evaluate the progress of team members and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable solutions.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest real estate trends, technology, and best practices to keep our team at the cutting edge.
  • Reinforce the vision of High Performance Real Estate Advisors: Inspire new team members to continue with their training to achieve success.
