Our client is a fast-growing real estate education and consulting company specializing in Shared Living Arbitrage and virtual assistant-backed real estate investing for military members and veterans. This is an active role that combines errands, fulfillment, inventory management, vendor coordination, and travel planning. Every day will be different, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must own a reliable vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly dependable.
• Comfortable handling a variety of physical and administrative tasks.
• Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in operations, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, warehouse operations, or vendor coordination preferred.
• Experience booking travel and creating itineraries is a plus.
• Experience supporting operations in a small business or entrepreneurial environment.
• Background in fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, or logistics.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and managing changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and basic productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Run business-related errands, vendor pickups, and local deliveries.
• Manage merchandise inventory, including receiving, organizing, packing, labeling, and shipping orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and fulfillment supplies.
• Research, hire, and coordinate vendors for operational projects.
• Schedule appointments and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work.
• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and prepare travel itineraries.
• Assist with operational projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Help maintain organized workflows and support day-to-day business operations.
