About The Position

Tax Relief Associates (TRA) is seeking a Sales Closer who is tired of earning ceilings and wants limitless earnings with commissions up to 15% and extra cash bonuses. The company offers industry-leading training to develop professionals and provides genuine opportunities for advancement. TRA offers the highest commissions in the industry, qualified leads, a 401k match, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. The role involves closing deals, keeping clients happy, and showcasing tax solutions to warm leads. The schedule options are Wednesday – Sunday or Friday – Tuesday, with daily shift hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, providing either Monday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Thursday off.

Requirements

• Strong phone sales experience is required
• Proven closer with a track record of turning conversations into signed deals
• Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
• Experienced with CRM systems
• High energy, patient, and great at building rapport
• Can make clients feel understood and confident

Nice To Haves

• Background in tax, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or any high-ticket phone closing is a big plus
