About The Position

Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers to join our growing Irvine team. We’re looking for confident, performance-driven sales professionals who excel in phone-based conversations, overcome objections with confidence, and consistently close high-value deals. This role is built for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment and are motivated by strong earning potential. You’ll work exclusively with 100% warm inbound leads from individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling — just qualified opportunities, proven solutions, and the support needed to maximize your results.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of phone sales experience required
• Proven ability to close deals and handle objections
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls
• Competitive, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Conduct structured, consultative sales conversations
• Understand client situations and recommend the best available solutions
• Present options clearly and confidently
• Handle objections and guide conversations toward a close
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales goals
• Close deals in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
