About The Position

Southern National Roofing is seeking experienced in-home sales closers and sales representatives who are motivated to earn significant income without the need to generate their own leads. The company provides pre-qualified and scheduled appointments, allowing sales professionals to concentrate on closing deals. Top performers in this role consistently earn over $150,000 annually. This position is well-suited for individuals with a background in high-ticket sales, general sales, account management, automotive sales, or retail sales leadership who are comfortable with in-person presentations and closing substantial deals. Many successful closers at Southern National Roofing have transitioned from roles such as car sales, retail sales associate, inside sales, or other commission-based sales environments where income is directly tied to performance.

Requirements

  • 3 years of prior outside sales experience is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and foster trust with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Selling roofing products and services to homeowners.

  • Participating in training sessions to stay current with company products and services.
  • Driving to pre-set appointments (no cold calling or door knocking required).
  • Completing a two-week paid training program.
