We are looking for a dynamic Clinical Business Manager for our MRI modality, who will serve as the clinical expert and sales/business support for our customers in Eastern Canada. Ideal location for candidate to live: Toronto / Ottawa / Montreal corridor. If you live outside of this area- you will have more travel/overnights. Your role: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge to build credibility and trust. Lead and own the business with a proactive and customer-centric approach to drive customer success, financial growth, and long-term relationships. Support the Account Manager (AM)/Account Executive (AE) in the sales process, from solution definition and design to proposing tailored solutions that address specific customer needs while identifying new opportunities within your assigned territory. Provide Marketing with valuable insights into sales tools, pricing issues, and competitive threats, ensuring they can best support the sales team with up-to-date and relevant resources. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on our MRI portfolio, leveraging your technical knowledge to support the AM/AE in addressing customer needs and challenges.
