About The Position

This role is responsible for generating revenue growth and managing Credit Union client relationships within a named account environment. The Sales Client Executive will develop close alliances with senior client management, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements. The individual will serve as a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, helping them leverage data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to excel in lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement. Key aspects of the role include quickly grasping concepts and sharing industry knowledge, collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding customer perspectives to improve Experian's solutions, developing forecasts, advancing the sales pipeline, ensuring solution delivery, and identifying new business growth opportunities. The role requires challenging oneself with new opportunities, prioritizing accountability, and building trust with teammates and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 25+ accounts
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytic, fraud and software solutions within financial services
  • Experience with risk management challenges and growth demands within the credit union or banking industry
  • Understanding of customer priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
