About The Position

Allied Experts is hiring for two entry-level sales career opportunities: Area Marketing Representative (Canvasser) and Energy Auditor (In-Home Sales Closer). They are looking for motivated individuals with drive, confidence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn, rather than specific industry experience. The company provides paid training, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement. Interested candidates are invited to attend a Hiring Event and Open House to meet the leadership team, tour the facility, learn about the career paths, and participate in on-the-spot interviews.

  • Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, customer service, automotive sales, real estate, home improvement, HVAC, roofing, solar, remodeling, or other consultative sales environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Canvassing assigned residential neighborhoods
  • Starting conversations and building rapport with homeowners
  • Educating homeowners about available home-energy services and programs
  • Generating interest and scheduling qualified appointments
  • Representing Allied Experts professionally within the community
  • Achieving individual and team lead-generation goals
  • Accurately documenting customer and appointment information
  • Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
  • Conducting scheduled in-home appointments
  • Evaluating home-comfort and energy-efficiency concerns
  • Building trust and rapport with homeowners
  • Educating customers about available improvement options
  • Presenting recommendations and proposals clearly
  • Answering questions and addressing customer concerns
  • Guiding customers through the decision-making process
  • Closing sales and achieving performance goals
  • Maintaining accurate customer and appointment records
  • Coordinating with operations and administrative teams
  • Participating in ongoing technical, product, and sales training
