About The Position

As a Sales Center Representative in Milford, MA, you’re the friendly first point of contact for families who call, text, or email—helping them get answers, choose lessons, and complete enrollment. This role exists to deliver fast, accurate support while meeting sales goals and keeping every interaction upbeat and professional.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Prior sales experience
• Comfortable using computers and multiple platforms (Word/Excel and other systems)
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organization
• High school diploma/GED required

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound/outbound communications
• Explaining programs and pricing
• Completing registrations
• Updating customer records
• Supporting other tasks tied to each swimmer’s experience
• Checking messages and following up on warm leads
• Keeping notes organized
• Coordinating with the team on schedule availability
• Staying on top of changes that affect families
• Reviewing what was closed, what needs a next step, and hand off any open items
