About The Position
We're expanding our team and have 2 new weekday evening openings (5:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and full-time weekend opportunities (Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM). If you're energetic, professional, and enjoy talking with people, this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing home remodeling company where your efforts directly contribute to our success. Requirements
- Previous call center experience required
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Patience, empathy, and strong customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and dependable attendance

Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with homeowners who have expressed interest in remodeling services
- Schedule appointments and consultations for our sales team
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
- Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
