As a Sales Business Support Specialist in Revenue Management, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing revenue performance across the full client and partner lifecycle—from initial onboarding and deal setup through monthly usage reporting and revenue recognition. This role is highly collaborative and client and partner-facing, requiring close coordination with external platform partners and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data exchange, transparency, and operational excellence. You will help drive improvements in revenue reporting compliance, processing, pipeline integrity, and optimization solutions while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with client/partner organizations. This is not just a back-end operations role—this position serves as a critical bridge between Acxiom and its external clients and partners, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and trust in revenue data while enabling scalable growth across an increasingly complex client/partner ecosystem.
