About The Position

Bateman Collective is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in direct-to-seller marketing for Real Estate Investors. We focus on connecting distressed homeowners, who may face challenges like foreclosure, inherited property, or relocation, with investors who can offer solutions. Our work provides homeowners a path to financial relief while generating business for our clients. We're scaling fast and looking for proactive, growth-minded players to join our rocketship of growth. This is a unique opportunity to break into sales, make a meaningful impact on revenue, and build a foundation for long-term success. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and helping to build and accelerate a strong pipeline that drives our continued momentum. You will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and internal depth with cutting-edge software, tools, and AI that will put you on a terrific path in the sales landscape.

Requirements

  • Sales experience. You'll be handling inbound calls, tackling objections, and connecting with people over phone and email.
  • Friendly and confident. You are comfortable in tricky conversations and building real rapport.
  • Hands on with tools and data. Have experience with email and text sequence building, flows, billing, and digging into analytics.
  • Proactive and fearless. You are willing to try new things, learn from mistakes, and take ownership.
  • Results driven. You are excited to hit goals and make an impact.
  • Team player with a great attitude. Easy to work with and fun to have around.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Experience managing a pipeline

Nice To Haves

  • Highly competitive Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience
  • CRM experience, including managing tasks, creating sales pipelines, and prospect segmentation
  • Phone sales experience
  • B2B Sales Experience
  • Cold Outreach Experience

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound calls via phone, social media, and email to learn about their needs.
  • Re-engaging with past leads who previously expressed interest in our service to see if there's a better fit.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for new inquiries to ensure that: They're a good fit for us. We're a good fit for them. They understand the value of our offering.
