Requirements

Previous BDC experience or strong customer service/retail experience, preferably in a call-center or dealership environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fun, competitive, team-oriented environment.
Comfort and proficiency with technology, including computers, mobile devices, and video communication.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
A professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
A customer-first mindset and a desire to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers by phone, email, and online chat to answer questions and schedule dealership appointments.
Provide exceptional customer service while offering helpful information and solutions.
Document customer interactions, comments, and requests accurately in the CRM.
Schedule follow-up communication when an appointment is not immediately made.
Use established scripts and processes to effectively schedule appointments.
Confirm scheduled appointments with customers.
Maintain and update the BDC appointment board.
Contact customers who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling.
Follow up with the appropriate department to determine whether appointments were kept and document the outcome.
Schedule future follow-up as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
Consistently work toward and achieve monthly performance goals.
