About The Position

Mount Kisco Chevrolet is looking for a Business Development Sales Representative to support our Sales Department. We are looking for a responsible, hard working and dedicated person that enjoys working with people and is looking for an opportunity for develop and grow in a career that is financially rewarding. In this role you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer inquiries. Outstanding customer service, multi-tasking skills, and follow-through are a must.

Requirements

At least 1 year of internet sales experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent customer relationship skills
Self-starter, motivated and success driven
Confident, positive and high energy presence
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred
experience in an automotive setting preferred
Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
Meet specified monthly targets and goals
Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
