About The Position

Todeschini is expanding its U.S. operation in Florida and is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to help develop strategic relationships with builders, developers, architects, interior designers, and construction-related partners. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role focused on market development, account growth, and long-term B2B partnerships. We are looking for someone who enjoys being in front of clients, opening new opportunities, and helping build a growing operation from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in field-based sales, with significant face-to-face interaction with customers and prospects.
  • Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, negotiate, close business, and maintain customer relationships throughout the project cycle.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities and customer relationships simultaneously, with strong follow-through and accountability for results.
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
  • English fluency required
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, building products, cabinetry, millwork, interiors, real estate, architecture, or design is strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating other sales professionals is a plus
  • Spanish and Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Additional professional certifications or relevant industry training are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop new B2B accounts across Florida, with a focus on builders, developers, architects, designers, and construction partners.
  • Prospect through field visits, networking, referrals, events, and direct relationship building.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from qualification through proposal, negotiation, closing, and account development.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers, purchasing teams, project managers, and designers.
  • Follow projects closely after the sale, coordinating with internal teams to support successful delivery and installation.
  • Identify and resolve commercial issues that may impact customer satisfaction or future business.
  • Develop existing accounts and generate repeat projects and referrals.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline, forecasts, and follow-ups.
  • Lead and manage a small sales team as the U.S. operation expands, including setting goals, monitoring performance, and supporting team development.
  • Work directly with company leadership to develop sales strategies and market opportunities.
