About The Position

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales BDC Representative to join our team. As a Sales BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and helping to drive sales by generating appointments and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Respond to internet leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
Handle all sales inbound phone calls
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and appointments
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
Utilize CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
