About The Position

BRAM Auto Group is seeking a tenacious Sales BDC Representative with a positive, can-do attitude for their Westchester Toyota location. This role is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing phone calls and internet leads, confirming sales appointments, and performing follow-up activities. BRAM Auto Group is a large, family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in the Tri-State area, operating 13 dealerships representing various automotive brands. They have a strong reputation for valuing innovation, superior service, and rewarding hard work.

Requirements

• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Excellent follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Previous BDC experience preferred.
• Previous Call Center experience a plus.
• Out-going personality with excellent communication skills.
• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Spanish language skills (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads.
• Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.
• Responding to inquiries in a professional and well-spoken manner.
• Maintaining an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
