About The Position

Bettenhausen Automotive is expanding and seeking a motivated, hands-on BDC Manager to lead and develop Business Development Center representatives for three locations. This role involves leading a team, overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, providing training, collaborating with sales and marketing, and ensuring CRM data accuracy.

Requirements

5+ years experience as Sales BDC Manager
Automotive BDC experience
Strong communication and motivational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High energy, positivity, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Experience with dealership CRMs (e.g., VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds preferred)

Nice To Haves

Experience overseeing multiple locations preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDC Representatives to meet and exceed goals.
Oversee daily operations of the Sales BDC for all store locations.
Monitor call, lead, and appointment performance metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement process improvements to increase appointment show rates and conversion.
Provide ongoing training and feedback to team members.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing departments to maximize lead generation and management.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely follow-up on all customer leads.
