The Ford Store San Leandro is looking for an experienced Sales BDC / Internet Sales Representative who brings energy, strong follow-up skills, and a drive to get results. If you’re comfortable picking up the phone, building relationships, and keeping your pipeline moving, this is your opportunity to put those skills to work.
Requirements
- Previous automotive Sales BDC or Internet Sales experience required.
- A confident communicator with strong phone and writing skills.
- Someone who understands appointment setting, lead follow-up, and CRM accountability.
- An organized, motivated teammate who follows through.
Nice To Haves
- VinSolutions experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet leads by phone, text, and email.
- Set quality appointments and follow up to help customers arrive.
- Reconnect with shoppers who haven’t purchased yet.
- Keep accurate notes and follow-up tasks in our CRM.
- Work closely with our sales team to create a smooth customer experience.
- Stay informed about inventory, offers, and dealership processes.
