About The Position
Drive smarter sales through technology. As a Sales Automation & Analytics Specialist at Nestlé, you’ll create and deliver Sales Force Automation solutions that power our Field Sales teams, transforming how we operate and making a real impact across the business.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Force Automation and a strong understanding of commercial drivers
- Exposure to data and analytics platforms (Azure preferred)
- Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong coding capability (SQL preferred); experience with tools like Snowflake highly regarded
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and tight deadlines
- Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who thrives in high-performing environments
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

- Lead innovation, design and deliver cutting-edge Sales Force Automation solutions with business and IT partners
- Drive transformation and roll out upgrades that unlock new value and elevate performance
- Leverage technology to solve complex commercial challenges
- Proactively monitor systems to maximise uptime and productivity
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive business-wide impact
- Drive smarter, more efficient ways of working through continuous improvement
- Build capability by engaging and coaching users to get the most out of technology
