About The Position

ECCO is hiring a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate to join its Retail Team. The role is responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by providing guests with a World Class shopping experience. The associate educates guests about product features, advantages, and benefits to support informed buying decisions, operates the cash register, and follows loss-prevention practices. The position also includes daily housekeeping, shipment processing, stock counts, and maintaining product displays. The associate follows ECCO policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress-code guidelines, and serves as a positive role model by demonstrating effective selling skills and techniques. Responsibilities

Drive and exceed store financial goals by ensuring guests receive a World Class shopping experience.
Educate guests about product features, advantages, and benefits to help them make informed buying decisions.
Operate the cash register proficiently and be accountable for variances on assigned drawers.
Maintain awareness of loss-prevention practices.
Maintain general housekeeping on a daily basis.
Assist management with non-selling tasks, including shipment processing, stock counts, and maintaining product displays.
Adhere to ECCO policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress-code guidelines outlined in the employee handbook and operations manual.
Resolve customer-service issues using good judgment.
Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.
