About The Position

As a Shoe Sales Associate, you represent Von Maur and contribute to its reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. In this action-packed department, you help make a lasting impression on customers’ shopping experiences by building relationships and developing brand knowledge to meet customer needs. You will assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on footwear, process transactions, and help maintain an appealing department and shoe stock room. Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
• Build customer relationships to grow business.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Use product knowledge and knowledge of store services to create a strong customer experience.
• Ring POS transactions and enter key account information.
• Assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department and shoe stock room.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
