About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the success of Sunglass Hut by delivering an authentic, engaging customer experience and helping customers find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves building customer relationships, recommending eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and contributing to sales goals. Associates work with colleagues and leadership, maintain a clean and visually appealing store, and help foster an inclusive, respectful environment. Hands-on training and opportunities to develop customer-service and product expertise are provided.
