The Sales Associate position is responsible for following dealership management's sales process and customer interaction guidelines. This role involves regular customer outreach through various channels, acquiring necessary product knowledge and factory qualifications, and maintaining relationships with previous customers. The associate will conduct test drives, present customer offers to management, prepare sales paperwork, deliver vehicles, and develop an outside prospecting plan to generate new clients. Continuous improvement of selling skills is expected, along with enforcing safety precautions and performing other duties as assigned by the manager. The role also requires using a personal device for multi-factor authentication for company network and site access.
