Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
Pandora is the world's largest jewelry brand, and as a Flex Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). This Part-Time Flex role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Your passion for the brand will shine through as you share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people’s loves. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
Requirements
- Results-oriented seller.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
- Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

- Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
