About The Position
Psycho Bunny is a rebelliously refined clothing brand known for its premium quality, vibrant style, and distinctive logo. With over 200 points of sale globally, the company is expanding and aims to redefine bold standards in retail. The Sales Associate will ensure a consistently high customer experience within the store, adhering to Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards, reporting to the Store Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Naturally competitive and possess an outgoing and fun personality.
- Demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Develop a full understanding of computer systems for transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment.
- Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and reporting violations.
- Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term customer relationships with a focus on sales.
- Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer contact information.
- Assist with all other duties as required by store management.
