About The Position

Automotive Sales Associate/Sales Associate Trainee (Entry-Level Friendly) If you’re energized by helping people and want a career with real earning potential, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for motivated, customer-first individuals to join our transparent Sales Department. No automotive sales experience required — We prefer experience in customer service or hospitality. We’ll provide you with a paid training salary for peace of mind so you can focus on building confidence and success from day one. In this role, you’re the connection between our guests and their next vehicle. You’ll guide customers through vehicle selection and explain purchase or lease options — making the experience simple, comfortable, and pressure-free. Requirements

  • No automotive sales experience required
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in person, online, and by phone; build rapport and identify needs
  • Guide customers through vehicle selection and present purchase/lease options clearly and professionally
  • Maintain long-term follow-up with leads who are not yet ready to purchase
  • Use the CRM tracking system daily to document activity, schedule follow-ups, and manage your sales pipeline
  • Stay coachable — participate in training, apply feedback, and work toward department performance standards
