Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s North Georgia Premium Outlets supports the store during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The role focuses on delivering a world-class shopping experience, exceeding sales goals, sharing product knowledge, and helping customers style jewellery that expresses their stories and passions. Associates support store operations and uphold merchandising and retail standards while building authentic connections and customer loyalty. The schedule varies with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, with increased availability during peak periods. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other high-traffic times. Work may range from four hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Must be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Must complete an assessment emailed after application submission.
