Sales Associate
About The Position
ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to provide a welcoming experience for guests and help them find car wash services that fit their needs. The role involves explaining wash services, packages, and memberships; recommending and selling options; and answering customer questions. Previous car wash experience is not required, and training is provided. The position offers full-time day-shift work, approximately 35–40 hours per week, at $13–$15 per hour. The work is customer-focused and team-oriented, with opportunities to develop sales, customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, membership sales, or similar customer-facing roles; preferred but not required.
- Previous car wash experience; not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Provide excellent customer and guest service throughout interactions.
- Learn and explain car wash services, packages, and membership options.
- Recommend products and services based on guests’ needs.
- Promote and sell car wash memberships by communicating their value and benefits.
- Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk.
- Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
- Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
- Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash professionally and enthusiastically.
